Marquis Palmer is a Senior Outreach Manager with Common Justice. A Thomas J. Watson fellow and a Marshall Scholar, Marquis holds a B.A. from Hamilton College, a master’s degree in political theory from SOAS, University of London, and a master’s degree in criminology from the University of Oxford. He has previously served as an investigator at Brooklyn Defender Services, a justice fellow with the National Lawyers Guild, and in a variety of other roles for numerous non-profits, activist collectives, and community-based programs in various countries.
